4, multi-chip small LED (array type): due to its inherent defects in the structure, there is no illuminating focus, the illuminating optical system is unreasonable, the useful light efficiency is also relatively low, and its advantages are not effectively exerted. For example, array LEDs, currents up to 1000mA or more, just a penny coin size, heat dissipation becomes a problem. The most feared thing about LEDs is high temperature operation. At the same time, the production requirements of multi-chip LEDs are very strict. Each chip can't have a difference in performance. Otherwise, it will constitute a thin defect. When one chip is broken, it will be dispersed to the whole machine.

First of all, we all know that the lamp body is hot, then if the lamp heats up well, the life of the infrared lamp will also extend. The lamp shell of the regular manufacturer is cast aluminum spray, with heat sink, and fan; The company chooses aluminum alloy iron shells and even stainless steel shells that can be bought everywhere on the market. Although the shape of the lamps produced by such lamp shells is beautiful, the heat dissipation is extremely poor, which will severely shorten the service life of LEDs. In addition to choosing a good lamp housing, the choice of board is also crucial.
Although the general PCB circuit board does not affect the general equipment operation, its heat dissipation and thermal conductivity are poor, and it is not possible to conduct the heat generated during the LED operation to the lamp housing in a timely and agile manner, but concentrate the heat on the PCB due to poor thermal conductivity. The circuit board itself, especially for heat-emitting devices with infrared lamps, has no heat, and no matter how good the lamp housing is. The double-layer aluminum substrate is used to deal with the problem that the heat of the LED cannot be agilely dissipated. It is equipped with an aluminum heat sink on the LED and PCB circuit board, which does not affect the normal operation of the LED and can make the LED The heat generated during the operation is timely and agilely transmitted to the lamp housing of the cast aluminum, thereby ensuring the stability of the entire equipment and extending the service life of the equipment as much as possible.
Secondly, it is to look at the number of lamps, the same interval of lights, of course, the less the number of lamps, the longer the life of the infrared lamp, for example, if the 200-meter infrared lamp uses nearly a thousand lamps, then this The life of the lamp will not exceed two years. Such products are not available for after-sales service. The reason is very simple. With a good quality lamp, the infrared radiation power is large, the energy loss is small, the life is long, and the price is relatively high.
Another point is the matching problem of the night vision system. Many projects require that the night vision interval be far apart. It is not easy to reach the ambition. Generally speaking, a camera that is not a day/night conversion (single CCD) can receive infrared light, and a dual CCD camera can handle this problem better, but the price may be slightly higher; the lens should be selected to have a smaller aperture value. And a lens with a suitable focal length.
